Minimum 10 years of experience with enterprise level experience including support for large number of applications. Knowledgeable on tools like Tosca, Selenium, UFT. Expertise in creating & maintaining automation frameworks and scripts Hands on experience setting up Jenkins pipelines and other CICD processes Ability to multi-task effectively and test early, often and leveraging automation & DevOps implementation Manage test data needs using TDM and automation Prepare of test plan, test data, test cases, traceability and collaborate with members for test executions Exposure to Accessibility Testing & Robotic Process Automation Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time Experience in a Utility Company is an asset Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Roles & Responsibilities Design the automation strategy Analyze industry trends to understand the latest automation Technologies Strategize and create Automation suites Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members o Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and closed loop marketing (CLM) Salary Range $100,000-$140,000 year
