Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA/UAT professional with strong expertise in Test Governance, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Azure DevOps Test Management, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end UAT activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting software delivery within an SDLC environment. Healthcare or Managed Care experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate UAT activities across multiple projects. Develop and enforce UAT quality standards and governance. Create and manage test scripts in Azure DevOps. Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and status reporting. Track test execution, defects, and testing progress. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, Vendors, and Business Teams. Support functional testing, audit documentation, and process improvements. Train and mentor team members on testing best practices.

Required Skills:

3+ years of IT Quality Assurance experience User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Governance & Test Coordination Azure DevOps Test Management Test Planning & Test Estimation Functional Testing Defect Management SDLC, Agile methodologies Stakeholder Management Microsoft Office Suite & Visio Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
