- Test strategy: own the unit, system, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy from build through go-live, ensuring defects are resolved before production deployment.
- UAT coordination: coordinate UAT scenarios and sign-off with CalHFA business stakeholders alongside the Business Analyst.
- Migration validation: validate data migration mock runs and reconciliation reports produced by the Data Migration Lead.

- Prior experience running formal UAT with a U.S. public-sector client, including defect-tracking and sign-off processes suitable for a government stakeholder audience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) or equivalent test-automation tooling. Preferred Qualifications
