Collaborate with Product QA, Failure Analysis (FA), R D, Contract Manufacturer (CM) and cross-functional teams to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, validate corrective actions, and drive continuous quality improvement. Work closely with the Burn-in Test Program Development team to validate, maintain, and enhance burn-in test programs, ensuring functionality, stability, test coverage, and proper documentation. Execute manual and automated testing, diagnostics, debug activities, issue reproduction, and verification across hardware, software, and firmware platforms. Perform New Product Introduction (NPI) quality validation on FortiGate hardware platforms, including developing test plans, test cases, test specifications, and validation methodologies for new products. Develop, validate, and maintain IQC testing, rework processes, and automation scripts; review and approve code changes and Git merge requests to ensure quality and compliance with team standards. Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to ensure NPI testing requirements, scripts, and deliverables are completed and released on schedule. Design, configure, and maintain test environments and network racks, including switches, terminal servers, PDUs, and FortiGate devices; independently build, configure, troubleshoot, and support complex test infrastructure. Support multiple product lines by maintaining test systems, validating manufacturing processes, and ensuring product quality throughout the product lifecycle. Train technicians and team members, including teams in Taiwan/USA/Netherlands on testing procedures, quality processes, and best practices. Minimum 3 years of experience in network testing, product validation, quality assurance, manufacturing testing, or troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of computer architecture, hardware systems, and product validation methodologies; hardware design experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, routers, switches, and firewalls. Proficient in PC hardware, operating systems, communication ports, and communication software tools used for product testing and debugging. Experience with Linux environments, shell scripting, and automation frameworks. Strong programming and scripting skills in one or more languages such as Python, C, Perl, VBScript, or Robot Framework. Strong understanding of QA processes, test methodologies, and test automation concepts. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
