We focus on movement, confidence, and creating a magical first experience in gymnastics for families. We opened our doors in February 2026 and are growing quickly. We're now looking for an experienced gymnastics professional to step into a leadership role and help grow the program alongside the owner. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just coaching hours, someone who is excited about building, leading, and shaping a program. Position Overview We are looking for a Director / Program Lead who can take ownership of class quality, coaching, and program development, while also being hands-on in the gym. This role can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate. The gym is currently closed on Wednesdays and Fridays, with strong opportunities to expand programming.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has a background in gymnastics (coaching, recreational programs, or similar)Has experience working with young children (ages 0-6 is a huge plus)Is confident leading classes and managing a group independentlyHas leadership or management experience (or is ready to step into it)Is excited about growing a program and being part of something from the ground up Why Arbor Gymnastics?
