Test Center Administrator

We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to oversee operations at a testing facility in New Castle, Delaware. This Contract position involves assisting candidates during credentialing and certification exams, ensuring compliance with testing protocols, and maintaining a secure and efficient testing environment. The role requires regular monitoring, administrative tasks, and adherence to strict guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in test candidates, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with testing requirements.
• Conduct security checks to confirm candidates do not possess prohibited materials, such as calculators or notes.
• Monitor the testing room every 10-15 minutes to ensure candidates follow all rules and regulations.
• Assist candidates with web-based testing setup and address any technical difficulties.
• Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and maintaining test records.
• Uphold a secure and distraction-free testing environment through consistent vigilance and professionalism.
• Utilize computer systems and applications to manage candidate information and testing processes.
• Provide clear instructions and support to candidates throughout their testing experience.
• Ensure the testing center adheres to established protocols and procedures.
