GoHighLevel Architect - Senior CRM & Automation Specialist

We're hiring a senior GoHighLevel architect to own the design and execution of complex CRM and automation builds across our operations. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who lives inside GHL with workflows, custom fields, pipelines, integrations, and ships production systems that scale. If you've built sophisticated multi-pipeline GHL implementations with external integrations and workflow orchestration, this is your role. What you'll do Architect and build GoHighLevel sub-accounts from zero: custom field schemas, tag taxonomies, multi-stage pipelines, and end-to-end workflow orchestration Design and ship complex automation logic — speed-to-lead enforcement, lifecycle workflows, escalation cascades, behavior-based routing, and reporting layers Build and maintain integrations between GHL and external systems via Make.com, n8n, and direct API calls Wrap third-party APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Twilio, DocuSign, Stripe, payment processors, document automation) into GHL workflows Implement reporting layers feeding Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards Manage WhatsApp Business API templates, SMS campaigns, and bilingual messaging at scale Document everything — field keys, workflow IDs, webhook URLs, and stage definitions in a master inventory Test in sandbox before promoting to production; maintain a change log What we need 5+ years building production GoHighLevel implementations with 25+ workflows, multi-pipeline architectures, and external integrations Deep working knowledge of GHL workflows, custom fields, sub-accounts, Custom Actions, webhooks, calendars, and the Private Integration Token (PIT) API Hands-on experience with Make.com and n8n — you've built scenarios that wrap external APIs and sync data bidirectionally Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON — you read API docs without flinching Experience integrating GHL with at least three of: Twilio, WhatsApp Business API, DocuSign, Stripe, LawPay, Clio, Salesforce, Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, Google Sheets, Looker Studio A track record of shipping on a timeline with hard milestones Strong written communication — you'll work async with leadership and an in-house dev team Detail discipline — you notice when an auto-generated field key drifts from spec and fix it before it breaks downstream workflows Strongly preferred Bilingual English / Spanish — many of our workflows and templates ship in both languages Experience with AI workflow orchestration — Anthropic API, OpenAI, tool use, system prompts, RAG patterns Experience with HighLevel SaaS Mode / agency-level architecture Background building CRMs for high-volume operations (legal, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, or similar)

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
