Job Description

Seeking an adaptable IT Programmer, AI Automation & Infrastructure Support Specialist to build software solutions, deploy AI automations, and support our day-to-day IT infrastructure. In this role, you will leverage an internal suite of about 100 dedicated AI tools to eliminate tedious tasks, automate workflows, and help build/deploy practical AI agents. You will handle core programming and automation while maintaining hardware, networks, and staff support.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development & Automation:
Develop software applications and deploy practical AI agents/workflows using our library of 100+ AI tools to streamline processes.
Help Desk & Staff Support:
Serve as the main contact for technical support, installing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals.
Infrastructure & Security:
Support, monitor, and maintain local networks, workstations, firewalls, and user access controls.
Documentation & Policies:
Maintain clear documentation for IT configurations, user procedures, and AI agent workflows.
Requirements:
Associate's/Bachelor's degree or relevant hands-on experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Working knowledge of core programming principles (Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.) and basic networking/hardware troubleshooting. Strong interest in practical AI tools, prompt engineering, and building automated workflows. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to assist staff with technical needs.
Preferred Pluses:
Experience or interest in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)—preferred, but not required . Experience with low-code/no-code automation connectors (e.g., Zapier, Make) or API integration.
Pay:
$40,000.00 per year
