Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Provide test engineering support to production program integrated product team (IPT's). Define test process plans identifying the sequence of required test steps. Define required tools, instruments, fixtures, software, hardware, interfaces and test chambers required to execute the test process plan. Develop tests and generate detailed test procedures including narrative, diagrams and photographs. Generate detailed troubleshooting guides to aid in the troubleshooting and analysis of the root cause of test failures. Use available test information and data from past test programs to develop Test Engineering cost estimates on proposals. Analyze test defect data and trends helping to define and implement corrective actions. Support the change management activities of the production program IPT. Provide day-to-day test engineering support to the work cell by resolving technician questions, investigating and solving test and/or product performance problems, and improving test procedures, tooling, fixturing, hardware, software, etc. in an effort to optimize the test process.IWHO WE ARE

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and experience in CCA and Circuit test and troubleshoot
- 5 years or more of experience designing and troubleshooting test fixtures to interface products to test platforms
- Ability to review Power, RF, Digital, and Analog test documents, including schematics, part lists, drawings and test requirements, to determine a method for testing a given device; then develop the detailed test procedure
Desired Skills:
- Experience with multiple industry automated test platforms, National Instruments, Boundary Scan, Agilent/Keysite etc
- Preferred 5+ years experience with design, test and troubleshoot of CCAs in multiple technologies ( digital, analog, RF, power etc)
- Software development experience in multiple test related languages

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
