Job Description
We are seeking a QA Tester to join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality applications and technology solutions. This role is responsible for supporting application testing efforts, executing test plans, identifying defects, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and a seamless user experience. This role 100% onsite - available in 3 different locations West Palm Beach, FL 33407 Coral Gables, Fl 33134 Plantation, FL 33317 Key Responsibilities Execute application testing for internal and external systems. Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements. Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts and test cases. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution and retesting. Collaborate with IT teams, business partners, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis. Gain a thorough understanding of system functionality and business processes. Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Participate in Agile project teams and testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or User Acceptance Testing. Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills. Experience performing end-to-end UAT testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with SAP applications or environments. Exposure to Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. Experience conducting root cause analysis and supporting issue resolution.
