Job Description

Akkodis is seeking an Automation Tester with Telecom Billing for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate has proven ability to design and maintain automation frameworks while integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure end-to-end quality and continuous regression testing.
Rate Range:
$45/Hour to $48/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Automation Tester with Telecom Billing Job Responsibilities include: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and PL/SQL to ensure high-quality telecom billing applications. Validate end-to-end telecom billing processes, including account provisioning, rating, invoicing, taxation, discounts, and balance management. Perform backend database testing and data reconciliation using PL/SQL to ensure billing accuracy and data integrity. Integrate and execute automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for continuous quality assurance. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to translate complex billing requirements into robust automated test scenarios. Lead automation testing initiatives, conduct code reviews, define testing standards, and support Agile delivery across telecom billing projects.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation Testing, with significant experience in Telecom Billing systems. Strong hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, Unix, Perl scripting, Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright. Proven experience integrating and managing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. If you are interested in this role, then please click

Pay Details:
