Open (No GC) Role Overview We are seeking skilled QA Automation Engineers with strong experience in Selenium-based test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable automation frameworks, executing test strategies, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Exposure to TOSCA and AI-driven testing tools is a plus. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements Identify, log, and track defects with clear documentation Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Improve test coverage, stability, and execution efficiency Support CI/CD integration for automated test execution Required Skills 5-8+ years of QA Automation experience Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver Experience with programming languages like Java / Python Experience in TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber Strong understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid) Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) Strong debugging and analytical skills Good to Have Experience with Tricentis Tosca Exposure to AI-based testing tools Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus
