Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical, and bilingual (English and Spanish) Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team for the morning shift. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards to ensure our products/services meet the highest quality standards. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish , you will play a crucial role in bridging communication gaps, reviewing multilingual documentation, and collaborating with diverse teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background, proven QA experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Inspection:

Conduct routine and unexpected audits, inspections, and tests on products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Bilingual Documentation:

Review, translate, and maintain QA manuals, protocols, checklists, and reports in both English and Spanish.

Defect Tracking:

Identify, document, and analyze product defects or process deviations. Collaborate with production/development teams to isolate issues and implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement:

Participate in root-cause analysis for quality issues and suggest actionable workflows to prevent recurrence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as a bilingual liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking teams, ensuring clear communication regarding quality metrics and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum 1 Year of proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role.

Skills & Core Competencies:

Language :

Native or professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Ability to translate technical concepts accurately.

Analytical Skills :

Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Experience with QA software, tools, or methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Agile) is a plus.

High level of precision in identifying errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards.

Compensation & Shift Details:

Pay Rate:

$13.50 per hour (Payments are made weekly).
