Job Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are a multi-location healthcare organization looking for a smart, hands-on AI builder who can work directly with leadership to find practical ways to use AI throughout our business. We are NOT looking for a large consulting firm or someone who only makes presentations. We want someone who builds, tests, teaches, and gets results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Learn our operations by working directly with our leadership and department heads. Identify repetitive, expensive, or inefficient work that AI can improve. Build simple AI tools, agents, and automations using platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft tools, and other leading systems. Connect AI with existing business workflows where appropriate. Train managers and employees to use AI effectively. Deliver small, useful projects quickly - then improve and expand what works. Help us create an internal AI playbook and library of proven tools.
THE PERSON WE WANT A
hands-on builder - not just a consultant or salesperson. Strong practical knowledge of modern AI models, agents, automation, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools. Has already built real AI projects and can demonstrate them. Curious enough to learn healthcare operations and understand the business problem before building. Communicates simply with non-technical executives and employees. Resourceful, fast, responsible, and focused on measurable results. Healthcare experience is helpful but NOT required. We care more about ability and demonstrated work than age, degree, or pedigree.
HOW WE WILL HIRE
We may begin with a
PAID 2-4
week trial. Candidates will be given several real business problems and asked to build working solutions. We will evaluate speed, usefulness, judgment, communication, security/privacy awareness, and ability to teach our team.
EXAMPLES OF PROJECTS
Employee HR assistant Recruiting and onboarding automation Scheduling/workforce workflows Employee health-benefit navigation Family/patient communication workflows Management reporting Invoice/document processing Operational dashboards Internal knowledge assistants
IMPORTANT
Because we operate in healthcare, the candidate must understand that patient and employee information requires appropriate privacy, security, access controls, and HIPAA-compliant systems when protected health information is involved.

: Send a resume/LinkedIn profile plus 2-3 examples of AI systems or automations you personally built to blimi@parksidegrp.com.
