Location This is an onsite role to be based in Chicago, IL Grade The Grade for this role is B1 About the job you are considering Proficiiency in Spanish speciallay in Galician is essential..As a Test Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools such as UFT and Selenium, ensuring high product quality. You will resolve automation-related technical issues, contribute to continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers. The role requires strong expertise in test automation, programming, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to independently deliver automation solutions. Your role Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions using tools such as UFT and Selenium to ensure high product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related technical issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Apply strong expertise in test automation, programming, tools, and testing methodologies. Independently design and deliver end‑to‑end automation frameworks and solutions. Communicate effectively in Spanish, with proficiency in Galacian is a must. Your skills and experience Proficiency in Spanish, with strong knowledge of Galacian. Strong English communication skills, with experience working with international teams. Hands-on experience with BDD and test automation practices. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to lead change and drive innovation within teams. Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating proactive behavior under pressure and a collaborative team-player attitude. #LI-SC1 The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $53,580 - $122,400 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
