- Education and Professional Development Assistance The Testing and Applications Engineer II is responsible for project planning and timeliness of product testing including engineering analysis, documentation, and report writing.

With minimal guidance from management and Sr. Test Engineers, prioritize work to align with the goals of the department and various project teams. Participate in team level work prioritization activities. 6. Participate, provide support, and develop new test fixtures, test methods, and continuous improvement projects as assigned. 7. Design test fixtures and coordinate their manufacturing including drawings and specifications. Detect and report equipment concerns and support maintenance where assigned. 8. Lead assigned projects working with associated engineering teams to maintain project timelines while adhering to quality standards. 9. Participate in continuous improvement activities to achieve quality goals. 10. Maintain close contact with associated engineering groups and project teams as well as develop third party relationships to create alignment with company quality standards. Job Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of PCB/PCBA and IPC 610, or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering fundamentals and principles. Must possess strong technical and analytical skills. Must possess planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated oral and written communication with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), analysis and design software. Ability to facilitate projects and solutions. Physical Demand RequirementsDISCLAIMER

This role has an annual salary range of $77,000 - $85,000 .
