Job Locations US-IL-Scott AFB Category Information Technology Type Regular Full-Time Overview DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Test Engineer (Mid-Level) to support our U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Booking System (IBS) program.

This role focuses on functional, system, and integration testing of applications built using Angular (TypeScript) and Java (Spring Boot). Duties & Responsibilities Functional & System Testing Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios Perform functional, integration, and regression testing Validate system behavior against requirements Track defects using Jira Application & API Testing Test Angular web applications and Java/Spring Boot APIs Perform API testing (Postman or similar) Validate data accuracy and outputs Collaboration & Support Work with developers to resolve defects Support UAT and stakeholder validation Assist with release validation DevSecOps & Quality Integration Support testing within CI/CD pipelines Validate builds during deployments Improve testing processes Qualifications Active Secret Clearance IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE) 3+ years software testing experience Experience executing test plans independently Experience with Jira Strong analytical and communication skills Preferred DoD experience Angular/Java familiarity API testing (Postman) SQL/data validation CI/CD exposure
