The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executives while managing policy development and quality improvement initiatives. This role ensures organizational compliance with healthcare regulations, supports strategic decision-making, and facilitates efficient executive operations. Responsibilities include policy and procedure management, data analysis, meeting coordination, and handling sensitive information with discretion related to the Chief Quality and Health Equity Officer.Other information:
Experience Required:
Familiarity with healthcare quality improvement methodologies. Minimum of 3 experience in healthcare policy analysis, project development, or executive administration. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, public policy, or a related field;Licensure/Certifications Required:
N/AExperience Preferred:
Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance issues.Education Preferred:
Master's degree preferred.- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
