Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester with Automation Testing and AI exposure to support enterprise data validation and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL testing, database validation, automation frameworks, and AI-driven testing approaches. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with large-scale data systems and modern testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end ETL testing for data warehouse and data migration projects. Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across multiple systems. Develop and execute automation test scripts for ETL and data validation workflows. Design and maintain reusable automation frameworks for regression and integration testing. Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation. Write and optimize SQL queries for backend data validation and analysis. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and testing needs. Identify, track, and resolve defects through the defect lifecycle. Support AI-enabled testing initiatives and intelligent automation strategies. Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and integrity across platforms. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and test execution activities. Required Skills ETL & Database Testing Strong hands-on experience in: ETL Testing Data Warehouse Testing Data Migration Validation Source-to-Target Testing Strong SQL expertise for data validation and analysis Experience with databases such as: SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQL MySQL Automation Testing Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as: Selenium PyTest TestNG UFT JUnit Experience scripting in: Python Java Shell scripting AI & Modern Testing Exposure to AI-driven testing tools and intelligent automation Understanding of AI/ML concepts in QA and test optimization Experience with predictive testing or GenAI-assisted QA is a plus Additional Skills Familiarity with: CI/CD pipelines Jenkins Git Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in enterprise data environments Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience with big data testing tools is a plus
