Senior SQA Engineer

Who we are Join our dynamic QA team as a Senior SQA Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge warehouse automation and logistics software. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test strategies that uphold the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced, agile environment. What you'll do Lead and define comprehensive QA strategies for cutting edge warehouse automation and logistics software systems. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage throughout the software lifecycle. Evaluate and implement QA processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Perform functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing in simulated environments. Lead cross-functional testing efforts and align with business objectives and deadlines. Manage defect lifecycle and prioritize issues effectively. What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software QA or related domain. Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle. Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred skills Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs. Exposure to performance and security testing. Passion for quality and continuous learning. Our environment Up to 10% of travel may be required . Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. The base range for this position in the posted location is $125,000.00 - $171,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
