  • Collaborate with manual testers, dev ops engineers and integration lead to identify automation candidates from each software drop
  • Design, develop and implement automation regression test suites that validate features end to end
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for quick feedback in the release cycles
  • Manage and produce clear automation dashboards, test reports and metrics for the assigned Test program(s), including # of scripts executed, pass/fail reports
  • Troubleshoot valid test failures, automation false negatives to continuously improve the automation stability and coverage
  • Fully document any defects/unexpected anomalies identified during automation testing
  • Identify and propose areas of improvement throughout the Release process Key Qualifications
  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (at least 3 years) with IT and telecommunications hardware and software
  • At least 5 years automation test-related work experience
  • Experience in JavaScript and designing automation test code
  • Hands on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, or similar
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipeline (GitLab, Jenkins….)
  • Understanding of containerization, virtualization such as Kubernetes
  • Experience with bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA (preferred)) and Test Management Systems (e.g., JAMA)
  • Strong written and communication skills - ability to communicate progress/problems, test design with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks and projects,
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
