You will be responsible for the seamless integration, programming, and optimization of complex HVAC control systems, ensuring that building environments remain efficient, comfortable, and energy-conscious. Responsibilities Execute the installation, configuration, and commissioning of building automation systems to enhance facility performance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within HVAC control networks to minimize downtime for clients. Develop and modify control logic using GFX programming to meet specific site requirements. Manage system upgrades and integration projects within the Niagara framework, including EC-Net and Vykon environments. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize energy management strategies and climate control efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation and schematics using tools like Microsoft Visio and DraftSight to ensure system transparency. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building automation or HVAC control systems. Demonstrated proficiency with Facility Explorer, CCT, and Distech controller lines. Strong technical background in commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units and ventilation systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair integrated control hardware and software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and possession of standard hand tools. Preferred Skills Prior experience working with Honeywell control systems. Current OSHA 10-hour safety certification. Experience with Lynxspring or similar open-protocol integration platforms.
