We offer field test services, custom software verification, and carrier technical account management to provide intelligent solutions to our clients' issues. We are a flexible organization that can adapt to changing needs. We are currently seeking bright, motivated wireless engineers to join our growing team in the New Jersey/New York market Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Field Test Engineer I located in the New Jersey/New York market. This role is for a Field Tester, meaning your assignments may vary each day based on test location and assigned testing which will be executed at either stationary or mobility test locations. The Field Test Engineer I will be responsible for test execution, quality assurance, manual testing, software testing, and post-processing logs. Also, they will be in charge of other duties such as maintaining inventory (check in/out procedures while maintain security protocols), shipments to/from office location, some travel if/when required and sending daily reports. QualificationsExperience in test execution, quality assurance, manual testing and software testing, modem, network and application log analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExcellent word and excel skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with mobile device testing is a plusExperience with automation testing tools is a plus5G basic understanding of all the major conceptsValid Driver License with clean record and comfortable in a car Preferred QualificationsExperience with MediaTek, Samsung, and Qualcomm ChipsetsExperience in creating detailed technical reportsKnowledge of Verizon field testing including 4G, 5G NSA and 5G SA technologiesBasic knowledge of python, ability to read and understand code with the intention of making minor configuration changes to scriptsSome basic knowledge of visual basic and creating excel macrosExperience with PowerBi or other tool for creating reports from CSV or DBBasic knowledge of DB architecture and how to formulate SQL queryStrong familiarity with 5G Data Performance KPIs and Call Performance KPIsBasic understanding of e911 procedure and LPPExperience troubleshooting network and device side issues.

Familiar with JIRA systemsFamiliar with writing defect reports and providing excellent communication to the customer.

IMS protocol understandingAdditional InformationCompensationThe expected salary for this position is $50,000 to $80,000 per year This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
