Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to architect, build, and optimize automated testing frameworks for next-generation, AI-enabled applications. This role will focus on evolving beyond traditional scripted automation toward intelligent and agentic testing methodologies, synthetic test data generation, and LLM-integrated QA processes. The ideal candidate will have strong automation and testing fundamentals, advanced debugging skills, and hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM-assisted testing approaches. Required Qualifications
- Min 6 years of Strong experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or modern equivalent automation frameworks.
- Strong programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) automation, integration testing, regression testing, and API validation.
- Advanced debugging and root-cause analysis skills across distributed web architectures.
- Experience with AI/LLM integration within QA or testing workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering for test generation.
- Experience with synthetic test data generation.
- Familiarity with open-source AI testing tools and agentic testing approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience in HCM, Payroll, HR Technology, or Workforce Management systems.
