Job Summary We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to architect, build, and optimize automated testing frameworks for next-generation, AI-enabled applications. This role will focus on evolving beyond traditional scripted automation toward intelligent and agentic testing methodologies, synthetic test data generation, and LLM-integrated QA processes. The ideal candidate will have strong automation and testing fundamentals, advanced debugging skills, and hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM-assisted testing approaches. Required Qualifications

• Min 6 years of Strong experience designing and developing automated testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or modern equivalent automation frameworks.
• Strong programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) automation, integration testing, regression testing, and API validation.
• Advanced debugging and root-cause analysis skills across distributed web architectures.
• Experience with AI/LLM integration within QA or testing workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering for test generation.
• Experience with synthetic test data generation.
• Familiarity with open-source AI testing tools and agentic testing approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with React.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience in HCM, Payroll, HR Technology, or Workforce Management systems.
