Responsibilities Execute comprehensive product inspections to verify adherence to established quality and safety benchmarks. Document testing outcomes accurately within digital interfaces to provide clear visibility into product performance. Identify and isolate non-conforming materials, ensuring proper logging and immediate escalation to leadership to prevent production bottlenecks. Optimize testing workflows to ensure high-velocity throughput without compromising accuracy. Manage ERP system transactions to guarantee real-time inventory precision and data integrity. Validate that all testing instrumentation remains calibrated and operational to support reliable measurement results. Engage in proactive continuous improvement initiatives to refine testing methodologies and workspace organization. Qualifications Required Skills Proven background in quality inspection or technical testing roles. Proficiency in utilizing precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex technical documentation. Competence in data entry, report drafting, and navigating ERP software systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Preferred Skills Prior experience working within an ISO9001 quality management environment. Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting technical issues and performing tolerance analysis. Experience in process optimization or lean manufacturing environments.
