Gaming & Hospitality Position Overview Fusion HCR is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support a leading enterprise client in the gaming and hospitality industry. This role will focus on ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of mobile and web-based applications that support critical business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with manual testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation, along with the ability to work across multiple systems in a highly integrated environment. Experience within gaming or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Testing Execution Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across mobile and web applications Validate system workflows and data flow across multiple integrated platforms Execute test cases and document results, defects, and test coverage Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution Mobile & Web Testing Test mobile applications on both iOS and Android devices Validate web applications across multiple browsers and device types Ensure consistent user experience and performance across platforms API & Integration Testing Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and SOAP UI Validate data integrity and system communication between services Support testing of backend services and integrations across enterprise systems Collaboration & Communication Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams Participate in requirements reviews and provide QA input early in the SDLC Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android) Experience testing web applications across browsers and devices Experience with integration and end-to-end testing in complex environments Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in gaming or hospitality environments Familiarity with systems such as IGT or OPERA is a strong plus Experience working in highly integrated enterprise environments Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies Work Environment 100% onsite in Las Vegas, NV Must be a local candidate or willing to relocate prior to start Collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting mission-critical systems Why Join This Opportunity?
