The Senior Test and Evaluation Manager will provide technical support, systems analyst/subject matter technical support and systems software test and evaluation while supporting the Agile Combat Support's (ACS) program. Responsibilities include:
Assist in the designing, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting phases of test and evaluation programs to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment through the various acquisition phases and milestone Assist the preparation, maintenance, updates and reviews of the full range test and test-related documentations Review and make recommendations on revisions of all Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), CDRLs, inputs to Program Management Plans (PMPs), replies to Initial Capability Document (ICD)/Capability Development Document (CDD)/Capability Production Document (CPD), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other evaluation criteria/reports. Assist in developing integrated support requirements for system and equipment design; developing support requirements that are related to readiness objectives and design; conducting specialized analyses on total life cycle cost, logistics supportability, and warranty; and providing technical assistance and consultant expertise. Provide guidance for adequacy, specification/performance requirement compliance, and conformity with mandatory guidance and provide recommendations as necessary for improvement of test and evaluation documents Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
Must be a US citizen 10 Years' relevant experience Master's degree or better in engineering Active DoD Secret Clearance All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
