Requirements Process Analysis and Documentation Engage with business units to understand operational workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Interface with technical resources, such as Development or IT staff to understand and translate technical requirements. Document current state processes using clear, structured methods such as process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow charts. Facilitate discussions to define future state processes aligned with organizational goals. Requirements Gathering and User Story Development Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items/user stories. Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, testable, and aligned with business priorities. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine and validate requirements. retirement system and/or government experience preferred Testing and Quality Assurance Develop test plans, test scripts, and step-by-step testing instructions for functional and user acceptance testing. Execute functional testing of user stories in Development and Test environments to validate solution accuracy and readiness. Document defects, track resolution progress, and verify fixes. Coordinate, support, or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and proactively. Support change management activities by contributing to training materials, documentation, and user guidance.
