The Aircraft Media Gateway program enables the P-8A aircraft to deliver advanced maritime and littoral Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, equipping the United States Navy to effectively counter existing, evolving, and emerging threats.THE WORK
Integration & Test Engineers collaborate with the Software Engineering and Systems Engineering teams to design and execute automated software testing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess, or be willing to develop, expertise in testing integrated hardware systems. Working in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional product team, the candidate will be responsible for performing tasks that require strong collaboration and communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively interact with and present to various stakeholders, including internal leadership, external customers, and cross-functional teams. Team-oriented engineers who are comfortable communicating technical capabilities to both internal and external audiences are encouraged to apply.WHO YOU ARE
The Ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and over 5 years of related experience or a master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience.WHO WE ARE

components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems. ## Basic Qualifications- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with Python and Linux
- Experience with Automated Testing
- While no clearance is required to start, candidate must be willing to obtain a Secret clearance ## Desired Skills Understanding/Experience with:
- PostgreSQL
- Robot Framework
- Test Case Planning/Development
