Exempt Non-Exempt About the Role The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for owning and driving software quality across the full development lifecycle. This role goes beyond test execution and includes quality strategy, risk assessment, process improvement, and mentorship within Agile teams. The Senior QA Analyst serves as a quality advocate, ensuring products meet defined standards for functionality, reliability, and performance prior to release.

None What You'll Do Design and execute manual and automated test cases (functional, regression, end‑to‑end). Perform testing across web, API, and integrated systems. Identify, track, and analyze defects; perform root cause analysis. Define and uphold QA standards and processes. Partner with Product and Engineering during sprint planning and releases. Provide go/no‑go input based on quality readiness. Mentor junior QA team members. What We're Looking For (Required) Strong test case design and QA fundamentals. Experience with manual and automated testing. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to analyze requirements and assess testing risk. Clear documentation and communication skills. Experience working in regulated environments. (Nice to Have) Automation scripting (Python or similar).
