We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. In this dual role, you'll help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our proprietary software systems through hands-on testing and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Perform thorough manual testing across new features, enhancements, and releases -- including functional (black-box), end-to-end, regression, and usability testing Develop, maintain, and expand automated test coverage to improve test efficiency, consistency, and release confidence over time Conduct usability testing and report bugs or defects clearly and thoroughly Collaborate closely with developers and internal stakeholders Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our proprietary platform Participate in creating and maintaining training materials and an internal knowledge base Host training sessions for internal users and stakeholders Work closely with developers on issue resolution Support process improvements by bringing new ideas to the table

What We're Looking For Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. OR A combination of relevant education, certifications, and 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, or a related field will also be considered. Certifications such as ISTQB, CompTIA, or other relevant QA/system analysis credentials are a plus.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage time and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn Must be able to work at least 2 days week on-site at our Murrysville, PA office (hybrid work schedule available)

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Selenium / Playwright Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, and Java Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems Exposure to cloud-based environments and API testing (REST services); interest in helping evolve our QA processes to include these areas Why Join Justifacts?
