2 Complete Description Act as technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas. Perform and lead tests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet minimum standards and requirements. Work closely with the applications development team during software development to include areas of application development, operation and technical support and security. Lead and administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development. Create complex test data for applications. Document testing data, findings and reports. Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly update assigned manager. Perform complex workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements. Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures. Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions. Provide resources for agency technical writers. Perform related duties, as assigned. Required Skills QA testing experience- 5 Years Experience writing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps
- 5 Years Experience executing test cases manually
- 5 Years Experience reporting bugs in DevOps
- 5 Years Good verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills Scripting test cases in UFT One or similar tool
- 3 Years Executing test cases with automation tools like UFT One
- 3 Years Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle
- 3 Years Familiarity with Salesforce platform
