Experience Levels QA1: 0-2+ years Manual testing, requirements, test plans, defects, foundational BA. QA2: 3+ years Independent BA/QA work, root-cause analysis, automation scripts, multiple projects. QA3: 5+ years Complex systems analysis, automation frameworks, strategic alignment, mentoring, and multi-project work. Seeking Quality Analysts who can combine business systems analysis, software QA, and test automation to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, business-process analysis, test planning, test execution, defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with business and IT teams. QA2/QA3 candidates should have experience with Playwright/Selenium, Java, and TypeScript . QA3 candidates should be capable of developing or enhancing automation frameworks. Preferred React / Next.js Agile development environments Strong stakeholder communication Business systems analysis Automation framework development Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
