This position has the opportunity work a hybrid, in person and remote, schedule. Work Authorization Requirement Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Responsive Auto Insurance does not sponsor employment-based visas now or in the future. What You Will Do Review business requirements and work with project owners to clarify expectations and outcomes Translate vague or high-level requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios Perform manual QA testing across business applications Anticipate edge cases, potential issues, and areas of risk based on requirements and user behavior Communicate findings clearly, concisely, and professionally in both written and verbal form Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to clarify issues, reproduce defects, and confirm resolutions Break down complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language for business users Assist with developing and updating QA documentation, user guides, and test plansRequirements:
Qualifications Demonstrated strength in critical thinking, communication, and problem solving Ability to ask thoughtful questions, clarify uncertainty, and identify gaps in requirements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate potential issues before they arise Experience with manual testing in software environments is preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionallySimilar remote jobs
