Long Term Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced EQP Test Lead to support a large Medicaid enterprise modernization program. This role will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End Enterprise (EE2E) testing across integrated applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems. The consultant will define test strategy, create test plans and test cases, manage execution, track defects, and work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and program leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead UAT and EE2E testing for enterprise Medicaid applications. Create test strategy, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and test data. Validate integrated workflows across claims, provider enrollment, member management, and payment processing. Coordinate testing across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Perform ETL, API, report, and cloud data platform testing including Snowflake. Manage defect tracking, reporting, and testing status updates. Support enterprise quality metrics, KPIs, and overall program testing governance. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of QA/Test Management experience. Strong experience withUAT, EE2E
testing, and enterprise test strategy. 2-5 years of MMIS/Medicaid testing experience. 3-5 years of ETL testing and complex business application testing. Experience with claims adjudication, provider enrollment, member management, and payment processing. Experience with API testing, open-source automation tools, and Azure DevOps. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
