Resiliency Control Testing Manager | Rosemont, IL Hybrid I'm recruiting for a Resiliency Control Testing Manager to help build and lead an enterprise Security & Fraud Resiliency Control Testing Program for a financial services organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who can lead a team and build a testing program while remaining hands-on with control design and operating-effectiveness testing. This is not a cybersecurity engineering position. I'm looking for someone coming from control testing, assurance, technology risk, operational risk, internal audit, or second-line risk, ideally within banking or another highly regulated environment. What I'm looking for: Leadership of control testing or assurance programs Hands-on control design and operating effectiveness testing Risk-based testing, sampling and evidence evaluation Cybersecurity and technology controls Fraud controls Third-party/vendor risk controls Business continuity and operational resiliency Root cause analysis and issue management Corrective action tracking, remediation validation and retesting KPI/KRI and executive reporting Experience with
NIST CSF, FFIEC, ISO
27001 and/or COBIT Experience coaching or managing control testing professionals Banking/financial services experience is highly desirable You'll help establish testing methodologies, annual testing plans, QA standards and reporting while partnering with control owners, risk teams, auditors and regulators.
