Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist SprezzMC paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Virginia, Arlington Apr 21, 2026 POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team supporting our Salesforce Center of Excellence within the VA's Digital Transformation Center. In this role you will develop test plans and cases to ensure quality, integrity and functionality. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in software quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track defects and issues. Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure product quality. Participate in design and review meetings to provide feedback on quality issues. Create, maintain, and improve testing scripts and frameworks. Stay current and industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field. Minimum 3 years related work experience in software quality assurance or a related field. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools. Experience working with Salesforce Applications. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Provar) is a plus. Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Critical thinking and adaptability to address changing priorities or requirements. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, in person and on conference calls, and give and receive candid feedback in an open, results-oriented environment. Experience in the Federal Government contracting industry and/or familiarity working with the VA is a plus.WORKING CONDITIONS
Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.BENEFITS
