ECWM is the cloud-based contract writing and management platform standardizing how the Department of Defense's "4th Estate" agencies run procurement worldwide — from requirements and source selection through contract award. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and validate user stories, technical specifications, and functional requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios for functional, integration, and regression testing phases. Identify, document, and track software defects, at times collaborating with development teams to recreate issues or perform root-cause analysis. Work closely with teammates, SCRUM teams, software developers, and program management to ensure alignment on quality goals and project deliverables. Design, execute, and maintain functional test cases to validate that application features meet established requirements and acceptance criteria. Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of automated testing scripts to increase test coverage and reduce manual testing effort. Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide testing status and quality metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret security clearance Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience; or an Associate's degree and at least 6 years of experience; or at least 60 semester hours of formal education working toward a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience; or 8 years of experience. One year of experience may be substituted by 15 semester hours completed toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. At least one professional certification in the area of specialization Understanding of Agile/SCRUM principles and experience working within sprint-based development cycles Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within restricted timeframes Detail-oriented, able to work independently, self-motivated, and a proactive team player
Preferred Qualifications:
