Join us and help drive the future of technology forward. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks. Perform analysis and tracking of incidents. Serve as a backup Scrum Lead, supporting agile ceremonies and team coordination. Lead test automation for Image & Workflow Initiatives across lines of business (LOBs) utilizing GitHub Copilot for DevOps improvements and Junit Test cases. Perform defect trend tracking and reporting. Perform incident research and recommend application updates. Train with multiple Scrum Leads on scope and DSU duties. Train with IBM on key tool features crossing teams (FileNet, CMOD). Focus on enterprise correspondence generation (Life, Annuity, Dental, RIS). Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and four (4) years of experience performing software development using Agile/Scrum, Java, Selenium, and Azure. Will also accept Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field (will accept foreign education equivalent) and two (2) years of experience performing software development using Agile/Scrum, Java, Selenium, and Azure. Skills required- Experience producing clear and professional test reports, defect summaries, release notes, and translating technical findings into business impact, risks, and recommended actions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including hands on participation in ceremonies and using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Azure, SQL, TOSCA, Cucumber, and TestNG for development, automation, data validation, and test execution
- Automation experience, including designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases, reusable components, and frameworks within CI/CD pipelines
- Experience evaluating requirements, tickets, usage flows, and end to end workflows; identifying risks and gaps; validating data integrity; and proposing process or test improvements based on root cause analysis
- Experience troubleshooting automation failures, improve test stability and coverage, and provide structured, timely updates on progress, blockers, and mitigation plans.
Location Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $133,400- 172,200 .
