Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tosca Automation Lead with experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics/SAP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of our CRM system using Tosca, a leading test automation tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, experience with CRM systems, and expertise in Tosca testing.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Lead the effort to create automated end-to-end testing that is consistent with PTC standards and policies and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures as it relates to the new UBOS functionality and performance. Lead the effort to develop and execute end-to-end, functional, and regression automated test scenarios and test scripts and provide corrective recommendations with regard to any shortcomings; including but not limited to reporting any discrepancies and ensuring corrective action is taken. Build test automation within the Tools assigned by the PTC and assist in the selection of new tools as necessary to support end-to-end, functional, System Integration, and regression of all aspects of the UBOS system . The tools envisioned currently include Tricentis for SAP and Microsoft Dynamics applications, Cyara and other automated testing tools that may be implemented at the PTC. However, the PTC has concerns that the current tool set may not suffice for the level of automated testing envisioned, therefore, the selection of new tools, if necessary, would be a significant component of this role. Train and guide the QA/QC team in automated quality principles and procedures, ensuring the team understands the importance of quality control through automation. Development and continual monitoring of ongoing automated test scenarios, automated test execution and reporting to ensure all QC/QA standards are met. Report problems or findings to UBOS senior management and propose corrective actions for all aspects of the UBOS testing effort. Review and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Participate in the review of engineering designs to contribute quality automation requirements and considerations. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and monitoring the execution of end-to-end, functional, and regression automated tests on SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and all the systems, including but not limited to telephone, IVR, payment, PCI, DMV, printhouses, mailhouses, etc., that, together, make-up the UBOS end-to-end functionality. Design, create, and execute automation test cases for end-to-end, Functional, and regression UBOS testing. Identify, verify, report on, and drive resolution on test automation defects. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop strategies and frameworks relating to the needs associated with future sprints. Work closely with quality managers to assess test coverage and triage test defects. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems. Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned. Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties. Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop test cases and test scripts for the CRM system using Tosca Develop and execute automated tests using Tosca to ensure the CRM system meets the required functional and non-functional requirements Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize defects and issues Create detailed test reports and logs to document test results and defects Participate in test planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of testing efforts Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing, including defects and errors Provide feedback and recommendations to the development team to improve the quality of the CRM system Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of the CRM system and Tosca, and adapt testing strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics/SAP) Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionality Experience with Tosca testing tool, including test design, execution, and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git) Strong understanding of software testing principles, including black box, white box, and gray box testing Nice to

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/SAP CRM systems, including configuration, customization, and integration Knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries Experience with other testing tools, such as Selenium or Appium Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Certification in software testing or a related field (e.g. ISTQB)
