These core values drive the work and passion of our team members, and they unite our business and customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by developing and executing both manual and automated tests. You will work closely with development teams to identify, document, and track defects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
Essential Functions :
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and user stories. Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies through issue-tracking tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide feedback on project functionality. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication across teams. Analyze test results, provide actionable feedback, and assist in troubleshooting issues during development and post-deployment. Assist in the development and execution of automated test scripts to increase test coverage and efficiency. Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and provide end-users with a seamless experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Experience with test automation tools = and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java). Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA). Familiarity with ERP Systems (e.g., NetSuite) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Continuous Learning - Understanding of the rationale behind the necessity to continually learn and grow and the ability to seek performance feedback and identify approaches to improve own performance and that of others. Customer Focus - Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary:
$75,000 - $95,000.00 DOE.
