Full Job Description Job Summary:
The IT Quality Assurance Analyst assists in evaluation, testing, and validation of the company's IT systems.
Essential Functions:
  • Test new features and enhancements to the company's IT systems for reliability, functionality, and user-friendliness before release to internal and external users
  • Work with development team to troubleshoot and resolve bugs; make recommendations for improvements
  • Create QA procedure documentation, including test plans and process plans necessary to assess the performance, stability, and compatibility of the company's IT systems
  • Create and maintain system interface diagrams, functional designs, technical specifications, and system functionality documentation
  • Coordinate user or third-party testing where applicable
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
  • Assist with all aspects of software products' lifecycle
  • from specifications through QA
  • to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the company's IT systems
  • Assist with technology related questions/problems from internal users as well as external business partners and assist with user administration and training
  • Operate as backup contact for IT support requests, escalating the request if needed
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Understanding of basic relational SQL database concepts
  • A broad knowledge of software applications, networks, and quality assurance
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, both working alone and with a team
  • Familiarity with unit and automated software testing
  • Experience with Salesforce and Jira
  • 1•5 years' experience working on software projects •Highly productive and attentive to detail •Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills
Job Type:
