Job Description

BAS Integrator Nashville, TN | $90,000-$115,000 annually The Opportunity We are partnering with a leading mechanical services organization to identify an experienced BAS Integrator to support building automation and HVAC control systems across a large and complex facilities environment. This is a highly technical opportunity for someone who understands both HVAC systems and building automation technology and can take ownership of programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, integration, and ongoing system support. What You'll Do Program, troubleshoot, maintain, and support building automation systems Commission BAS systems and verify proper system operation Integrate HVAC and other facility systems using BACnet MS/TP, BACnet/IP, Echelon, Modbus, Zigbee, and related protocols Troubleshoot HVAC electrical and controls issues Develop and maintain BAS graphics, programming, sequences, and documentation Support system integration and interoperability between multiple facility systems Provide technical support and training to technicians and facility personnel Diagnose communication, network, controls, and equipment issues Maintain accurate system documentation and service records What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong
BAS/HVAC
controls experience Experience with Tridium Niagara AX/N4 or equivalent Experience with advanced BAS applications and programming HVAC electrical troubleshooting experience Understanding of IT networks and communication protocols Experience with system installation, commissioning, and integration Siemens, Honeywell, and/or Trane BAS certifications are highly valued Strong communication and documentation skills If you're a BAS professional who can bridge the gap between HVAC, controls, programming, and building technology , I'd like to hear from you.
