Job Description

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer / SDET with strong hands-on experience in Playwright and UI/API automation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of QA automation experience, strong TypeScript/JavaScript , Selenium, API testing, SQL, and CI/CD experience. Candidates must be local to Dallas, TX / DFW area and comfortable working onsite/hybrid as required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Automation / SDET, with strong hands-on Playwright experience. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright . Create UI, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated tests. Develop reusable automation components using Page Object Model (POM) . Perform API testing and automation for REST-based services. Validate backend data using SQL and database queries. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines . Analyze test failures, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis. Work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams in an Agile environment. Maintain and improve automation coverage, stability, and execution efficiency. Participate in test planning, code reviews, defect tracking, and release validation.
