Job Description

Support the integrity of automation systems across well pads, batteries, SWD sites, and compressor stations Program and modify logic in Studio 5000 (Ladder, Function Block, Structured Text).Configure and commission new installations using P&IDs, Cause & Effect matrices, and control narratives Design and maintain FactoryTalk View HMI screens and alarming systems Use SAP or other CMMS tools for work planning, documentation, and maintenance tracking Adhere to Management-of-Change (MOC) procedures and corporate programming standards Work safely around energized systems and in confined spaces Follow all OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and corporate safety protocols Qualifications Associate degree in Instrumentation, Automation, or related field OR GED with equivalent experience 3+ years as an Automation Specialist 3+ years in oil & gas operations Strong proficiency with Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View) Knowledge of analog/discrete I/O, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus communications Comfortable reading and interpreting P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and loop sheets
