GED Full Job Description Support Specialist Position Responsibilities:
Complete Point to Point verification of Building Automation Systems as designed Performs the verification of the system database and programming, ensuring consistency with the scope of work and engineered sequence of operations Configures building infrastructure networks to facilitate the integration of smart building technologies. Supports troubleshooting and resolution of inconsistencies in the functions or sequence of operations Performs the set-up and configuration of network devices, workstations and user interfaces Commissions proper network performance Performs operational testing, verification, and acceptance providing reports to review system operation Complete and submit written reports, and provide field modifications and control system documents to engineering for as-built drawings
Support Specialist Qualifications:
High School Diploma required Associates Degree in HVAC, electronics or equivalent experience, preferred A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Mechanical Systems, Electronics, or Facilities Management Experience in the construction environment preferred Excellent customer service skills. Good verbal and written communications skills. Skilled in PC applications and in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team
