Systems integration is fundamental to leveraging both emerging and proven technologies to solve operational challenges across manufacturing and industrial environments. Our objective is to be the trusted, first-choice service provider for delivering best-in-class operational technology to control, automate, operate, analyze, and optimize critical assets. This role will primarily support commissioning activities on oil and gas well pads as well as greenfield and brownfield production facilities , requiring strong hands-on automation expertise and field support capabilities. Primary Responsibilities Respond to and provide automation support during outages and operational events. Support daily operations through the installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of automation and process control systems , particularly across well pads and production facilities. Perform commissioning work on new (greenfield) and existing (brownfield) oil and gas facilities , ensuring systems are configured, tested, and operating according to design specifications. Develop control strategies and provide input to P&IDs, control system specifications, termination diagrams, and commissioning plans . Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT teams to support automation initiatives and system reliability. Understand and follow Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure proper PLC program updates and system modifications. Conduct work in accordance with internal procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a strong commitment to safety by working in a safe manner and reporting all health and safety incidents or concerns. Pursue continuous professional development to maintain a high level of automation and controls expertise. Perform additional duties as required. Required Skills Strong experience executing Allen-Bradley PLC-based control system projects , particularly in field environments. Proven ability to troubleshoot Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and Wonderware HMI systems . Experience commissioning and supporting automation systems at oil and gas well pads and processing facilities . Ability to interface directly with clients and internal leadership to communicate project status, risks, and resolutions . Strong attention to detail when working with complex PLC programs and advanced process control systems . Experience supporting oil & gas processing facilities . Proficiency in instrumentation troubleshooting, calibration, and integration . Mastery of control system design, implementation, and project execution . Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms is required ; experience with Scadapak and Modicon PLC systems is a strong plus .
