High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in administration or IT preferred Position Summary As a ministry of Christian Women's Job Corps, all staff are required to affirm and actively support a Christ-centered environment in alignment with our mission and requirements. This includes personal conduct, interactions with students and volunteers, representing CWJC with integrity, and personally affirm belief in Jesus Christ. The Testing Center Administrator manages CWJC's Testing Center, which provides GED testing as well as proctored certification and licensure exams. This role oversees scheduling, site compliance, proctor coordination, and technology maintenance to ensure exams are administered securely and professionally. The Testing Center Administrator maintains strong relationships with testing providers and ensures the Testing Center reflects CWJC's mission and standards. Manage scheduling of all GED, certification, and other proctored exams. Greet and check in testers and proctors, verifying identification and enforcing security protocols. Enforce test provider rules (Pearson VUE) and CWJC testing policies. Maintain a professional, orderly, and safe testing environment. Address testing issues promptly and document incidents. Maintain certification as site administrator and complete required training. Ensure compliance with all testing provider requirements and audits. Maintain testing center computers, software, and secure networks. Anticipate updates or changes to testing software and coordinate implementation with the Program Director. Recruit, train, or schedule training for testing proctors. Schedule and supervise proctors as needed. Maintain accurate logs of proctor hours and compliance records. Provide clear instructions to testers before, during, and after exams.
