Basic Qualifications

Test Planning and Strategy:
Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements, ensuring all aspects of the application are covered.Test Case Development:
Designing, writing, and maintaining detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.Test Execution:
Executing test cases (both manual and automated) and ensuring software quality across various stages of the software development lifecycle.Defect Identification and Reporting:
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using bug tracking tools, and working closely with the development team to resolve them.Automation Development:
Writing and maintaining automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.Continuous Improvement:
Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the testing process and improve product quality.Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure quality standards are met.Performance and Load Testing:
Conducting performance, scalability, and load testing to ensure the application can handle the expected load.Test Environment Management:
Setting up, maintaining, and managing test environments to ensure they reflect production environments as closely as possible.Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Assessing risks associated with releases and working on strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on production environments. Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Experience developing high quality test plans, test designs, test strategies, and test execution
- Experience in leading/coordinating work for other test teamsPreferred Qualifications
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
